Leadership Development and Training

Are you a resident of Blue Springs who would like to make a difference in the community, but aren’t sure how to go about it? The goal of the Leadership Development and Training (LDT) committee is to encourage citizens to get involved through volunteerism and to be leaders for change. We’ll help identify what community issues interest you, and will even help you start a new StandUp committee, if that’s the best way to make something happen. Another goal of LDT is to educate citizens about the importance of voting and to increase voter participation in Blue Springs.
